The Challenge

Despite engaging numerous agencies, LeapFrog, the award-winning educational toy company, was struggling to find a Sales Director.

After several weeks without success the company came to NJR.

The Solution

Our Retail and FMCG team met with the Client and took a full and comprehensive brief. The team then undertook a targeted sector-based search to identify and attract high-performing Sales Directors.

Within 2 weeks of receiving the brief, NJR had presented a short-list of 5 candidates.  All of these candidates were interviewed and 2 were invited back for a final stage interview before the selection was made.

The position was filled within 6 weeks from start to finish!
