The Need

This global leader in the manufacture of personal healthcare products needed an interim bi-lingual HR Director to work in split locations in the UK and Germany.

Three agencies had already been briefed but all had failed – when the company turned to NJR.

The Solution

Our team took the brief, noting in particular that the consumer healthcare company needed an HR professional not only with European language skills but also a strong FMCG background.

Within 48 hours we had shortlisted three candidates – all of whom we had interviewed via Skype.  The client then interviewed them too and one candidate was offered the role – starting the following week!
