Norrie Johnston, Chairman

One of the UK’s leading interim recruitment authorities and an industrial specialist, Norrie has found senior interim executives for an array of international businesses. Norrie knows what it is like to be both client side and an interim. Before setting up his first recruitment agency in 2000 he worked as an interim sales and marketing director for global engineering, technology and industrial businesses, such as IBM, IMI, Tunstall and Westinghouse.
