Before setting up his first recruitment agency in 2000 he worked as an interim sales and marketing director for global engineering, technology and industrial businesses, such as IBM, IMI, Tunstall and Westinghouse.
Graham understands what it takes for major organisations to maximise and manage their people, especially during times of business transformation and change. Before joining NJR, Graham was a senior partner at KPMG for 14 years.
