Daryl Stickland, Director

Daryl established and led his first Non-Executive Practice in 2010 and has supported businesses to engage exceptional Non-Executives ever since. An advocate of the value of Non-Executives to companies, their leadership and investors as well as more broadly to UK Plc. Daryl has attended Ft NED Club courses, been a Trustee and delivered Non-Executive course content for the Institute of Directors. Daryl’s appointments have helped create value for company owners and shareholders, raise investment and achieve exits, as well as bringing good governance.
He has been mandated for the appointment of NED & Chair roles by a broad mix of clients from privately owned SMEs such as Encase and HLBBshaw to the portfolio companies of Private Equity & Venture Capital firms including BGF, Foresight and Octopus Ventures.

Graham Oates, Director

Graham is a qualified public sector accountant and an ex-Managing Partner and UK Board member of KPMG Consulting. Whilst with KPMG Graham carried out many roles including Global Head of IT Consulting and Managing Partner for Consulting Solutions and New Businesses.
Graham was NED and Chair of the Insolvency Service for 6 years and was Executive Chair of the UK leader in rail ticketing software owned by a consortium of Train Operating Companies. Graham was also a Trustee and Treasurer for a major regional social care charity in East Anglia, for 14 years.
