We are now looking for experienced executive recruiters who are ambitious, want to earn more, and want to own a stake in the company. The venture will appeal to an experienced executive recruiter who is ambitious, wants to earn more, and wants to own a stake in the company but is frustrated in their current position. Shares and share options will be awarded for achievement of agreed targets. We are looking to expand the team with ambitious, like minded experienced executive level recruiters who will take over the business in the next few years.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering executive recruitment campaigns
- Convert new client enquiries into retained assignments
- Develop repeat business through successful delivery and effective account management
- Self-generate new client enquiries for senior level roles (£70k+)
- Search widely for candidates using personal contacts, job boards and social media, supported by the company’s research team and substantial database
- Interview and then shortlist candidates
- Operate as a key member of the executive team to develop and execute company’s business strategy
- Ensure top quality and consistent service by following the processes and procedures in the company’s operations manual
Ideal candidate profile:
- Experienced executive recruiter, ideally with gravitas and credibility to work with senior executives
- 5+ years’ experience working within a retained or boutique executive search firm is strongly preferred
- Established personal network of contacts and strong client relationships
- Trusted advisor to many client contacts
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Proven track record of winning retained assignments and new business
- Track record of consistent fee generation
- Previous experience of filling niche, hard to fill positions on an International basis
- Experienced in using online channels and own contacts / networks to attract and search for relevant candidates as well as working closely with experienced researchers
- Ambitious and motivated
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work effectively remotely and as part of a small team
- Ensure top quality and consistent service
- Ability to nurture client relationships
