Before joining NJR, Graham was a senior partner at KPMG for 14 years. During this time he built its IT consulting business to a £50m turnover operation, employing 500 people, as well as launching the Firm’s internet operation, Metrius Europe, and overseeing the growth of the business in the Asia Pacific marketing. Graham has successfully found talent for the likes of: KPMG & Veon.
One of the UK’s leading executive recruitment authorities and an industrial specialist, Norrie has found senior executives for an array of businesses going through transformations. Norrie knows what it is like to be both client side and an executive. Before setting up his first recruitment agency in 2000 he worked as an interim sales and marketing director for global engineering, technology and industrial businesses, such as IBM, IMI, Tunstall and Westinghouse.
