Digital Marketing Manager – FMCG

Excellent opportunity for a visionary marketing manager with Retail / FMCG experience and a strong digital background to head the launch of our client’s product onto the global market. Our client’s product is mainly sold in-store and online through distribution channels and their brand is aimed towards Generation Z and Millennials.
Our clients core target markets are Asia, the CIS territories and the Americas and since recently investing in their manufacturing plant they are now in a position to sell their new product competitively in these territories and make a real impact within the personal care category.

The Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to report into the Co-founders.
Duties would include;

  • Producing a positioning and brand strategy deck
  • Marketing plan and toolkit for international roll out
  • Liaise with international marketing agencies
  • Manage social media, including planning, community engagement and campaigns
  • Drive traffic and implement digital marketing strategies to generate brand awareness
  • Find and hire junior marketers in order to help build your team realise your strategy

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced Marketing Growth Hacker with a proven background in digital marketing
  • A creative and visionary senior marketing professional with previous experience gained ideally within a dynamic, start-up/high growth FMCG environment
  • Previous experience of launching new consumer products within FMCG sectors (ideally food/drinks/personal care sectors) and brand management
  • Experienced in managing external creative agencies
