Our client’s product is mainly sold in-store and online through distribution channels and their brand is aimed towards Generation Z and Millennials.
Our clients core target markets are Asia, the CIS territories and the Americas and since recently investing in their manufacturing plant they are now in a position to sell their new product competitively in these territories and make a real impact within the personal care category.The Role:

Duties would include;
- Producing a positioning and brand strategy deck
- Marketing plan and toolkit for international roll out
- Liaise with international marketing agencies
- Manage social media, including planning, community engagement and campaigns
- Drive traffic and implement digital marketing strategies to generate brand awareness
- Find and hire junior marketers in order to help build your team realise your strategy
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Marketing Growth Hacker with a proven background in digital marketing
- A creative and visionary senior marketing professional with previous experience gained ideally within a dynamic, start-up/high growth FMCG environment
- Previous experience of launching new consumer products within FMCG sectors (ideally food/drinks/personal care sectors) and brand management
- Experienced in managing external creative agencies
