Chief Commercial Officer

We are keen to discuss an exciting CCO role in a mid-market PE investment with suitable commercial individuals who will bring exceptional digital and omnichannel strategic acumen likely combined with food retail (luxe QSR physical sites as well as D2C) experience from a premium proposition (Hotel Chocolat, for example) and perhaps also gifting offerings.

As CCO of this high-growth Founder-led SME you’ll own all aspects of own digital, marketing, branding and ecommerce and will really drive the growth in D2C particularly.

This is very much an omnichannel play with more than 50% of revenues coming from digital channels (including D2C and via third parties such as Deliveroo); physical sites (not just traditional bricks and mortar) are carefully selected and will continue to roll-out as they also deliver good EBITDA, however digital is a priority.

The successful individual will therefore likely:

  • excellent omnichannel, D2C, digital and eCommerce experience and acumen particularly beneficial within food (including ‘sweet treats’ and coffee QSR retailing)
  • be used to premium productization and understand branding
  • an experienced and capable people manager who enjoys mentoring middle managers

Compensation: Six-figure remuneration plus options
