He was a senior partner at KPMG for 14 years and managing partner and member of the UK Board. During this period Graham built its IT Consulting business to a £50m turnover operation employing 500 people. He also launched the firm’s internet operation, Metrius Europe, oversaw the growth of the KPMG business in the Asia Pacific market and spearheaded joint ventures with Compaq, Microsoft and Cisco Systems.

Bhumika has spent more than 9 years working at the highest level in recruitment operations, talent and HR projects and transformation programmes.
